TRANSPORTATION/PUBLIC WORKS--TRAFFIC ADVISORY

Halifax County - Hammonds Plains Road
Work will continue over the weekend on widening the Hammonds
Plains Road at Haliburton Hills. A traffic control person will
direct traffic by alternating lanes for the duration of the
project. Motorists are advised to expect delays and may chose to
take an alternate route (Highway 103 from the South Shore). Work
is expected to be complete by the end of next week, Dec. 6.
Motorists are reminded to use caution and adjust speeds
accordingly when travelling through construction sites.
