Gunshot Wounds Mandatory Reporting Regulations

made under Section 6 of the

Gunshot Wounds Mandatory Reporting Act

Citation

1     These regulations may be cited as the Gunshot Wounds Mandatory Reporting Regulations.


Definition

2     In these regulations, “Act” means the Gunshot Wounds Mandatory Reporting Act.


Prescribed persons for making disclosure under Section 3 of Act

3     The persons responsible for disclosing the information required by Section 3 of the Act on behalf of a hospital, facility or service that has treated an individual for a gunshot wound are prescribed as the persons designated for that purpose by the hospital, facility or service.
