1        These regulations may be cited as the Adjudicative Bodies Designation Regulations.

2        The following adjudicative bodies are hereby designated for purposes of Section 18A of the Interpretation Act:

Clause (b) of O.I.C. 2004-276 states that, unless otherwise provided by Order of the Governor in Council, the time limit for jurisdiction of a member of a designated body under subsection 18A(3) of the Act is 6 months.

Amendments made to the Environment Act by S.N.S. 2011, c. 61, (effective on proclamation) replace references to the Nova Scotia Environmental Assessment Board with Minister-appointed environmental assessment review panels.
