Who Needs This Permit?
Anyone who wants to train dogs in a wildlife habitat in Nova Scotia, between April 1 and July 1.

Any of the Local or Area Offices of the N.S. Department of Natural Resources. (See Offices, N.S. Department of Natural Resources.)
Application Forms & Process:
Application can be made to the nearest Local or Area Offices of the N.S. Department of Natural Resources.

If all requirements are met and the application is approved, the permit may be sent to the applicant by mail, or they can pick it up in person.

Waiting Period:
Same day.

Expiry & Renewal:
This permit is valid for the dates specified on it.
