Mineral Right: Notice of Transfer

Who Needs This Notice of Transfer?
  1. Anyone who wants to transfer a Mineral Exploration Licence from one party to another must have the consent of the Registrar, Mineral and Petroleum Titles, N.S. Department of Natural Resources.
  2. Anyone who wants to transfer a mineral lease or non-mineral registration from one party to another must have the consent of the Minister of Natural Resources.

Exploration licence: None
Mineral lease or non-mineral registration: 20 business days
Expiry & Renewal:
This Notice of Transfer does not expire, nor is it renewable.
