damselflies have been reported in Nova Scotia
A large dragonfly known as the
Quebec Emerald, has only been recorded from bogs on the Cape Breton
Highlands, and Cumberland County and only a few other locations in the
world
Much of what we know about the
distribution of dragonflies in Nova Scotia and eastern Canada has been
through the work of dedicated naturalists
The Odonata had the highest proportion of species with undetermined status (Undetermined ~ 28.0%) of any taxonomic group considered
