Forest Hills Extension- Night time Closures
Starting June 10th the Forest Hills Extension (Highway 107), between Highway 118 and Main Street in Dartmouth, will be closed to all traffic during night time hours for repaving and widening.
During weekdays the road will be closed from 7 p.m. until 5 a.m. On Saturday and Sunday morning the road will stay closed until 8 a.m.
By doing this work at night the Province is able to maintain normal traffic flow during the busy daytime hours and reduce the inconvenience to the majority of drivers who use this road.
While the Forest Hills Extension is closed a detour will direct traffic onto Highway 118,
Highway 111, and Main Street. The province will provide six variable-message boards, and other signs to inform the
public of the road closure.
