The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 31, 2021, and pursuant to Section 4 of Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective August 31, 2021, to:

        (a)        revoke Order in Council 2021-67 dated February 23, 2021; and

        (b)        assign the administration of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act to the Honourable Karla MacFarlane, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act.
