The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated September 14, 2023, and pursuant to Section 4 of Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective September 14, 2023, to:

        (a) revoke Order in Council 2021-217 dated August 31, 2021; and

        (b) assign the administration of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act to the Honourable Jill Balser, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act.
