October 18, 2024UK RETAIL SALES, SEPTEMBER 2024 Month-over-month (September 2024 vs August 2024, seasonally adjusted)
UK retail sales values rose by 0.1% while volumes (adjusted to remove the effects of price changes) were up 0.3%.
Internet sales increased 1.3% and accounted for 27.7% of total retail sales.
Year-over-Year (September 2024 vs September 2023)
UK retail sales values increased 2.6% while retail sales volumes rose by 3.9%.
Year-to-date (January-September 2024 vs January-September 2023)
UK retail sales values increased 1.8% and retail sales volumes increased 0.6%.
