January 23, 2026UK RETAIL SALES, DECEMBER AND ANNUAL 2025 Month-over-month (December 2025 vs November 2025, seasonally adjusted)
UK retail sales values edged up 0.8% while volumes (adjusted to remove the effects of price changes) were up 0.4%.
Internet sales were up 1.8% and accounted for 26.7% of total retail sales.
Year-over-Year (December 2025 vs December 2024)
UK retail sales values were up 4.2% while retail sales volumes rose 2.5%.
Annual (2025 vs 2024)
UK retail sales values increased 2.4% and retail sales volumes increased 1.3%.
