January 30, 2026US PRODUCTIVITY, Q3 2025 [REVISED] 
US nonfarm business sector labour productivity was revised to a seasonally adjusted annualized rate of 4.9% in Q3 2025. Accelerated growth in labour productivity combined with a 0.5% rise in hours worked lifted US business sector output by 5.4%.

US unit labour costs were down 1.9%, as the labour productivity improvement of 4.9% more than offset a 2.9% rise in hourly compensation.
