August 21, 2026UK RETAIL SALES, JULY 2026 Month-over-month (July 2026 vs June 2026, seasonally adjusted)
UK retail sales values fell 0.6% while volumes (adjusted to remove the effects of price changes) were down 0.5%.
Internet sales were down 3.9% and accounted for 28.3% of total retail sales.
Year-over-Year (July 2026 vs July 2025)
UK retail sales values were up 4.3% while retail sales volumes were up 1.6%.
Year-to-date (January-July 2026 vs January-July 2025)
UK retail sales values increased 5.0% and retail sales volumes increased 2.3%.
