July 19, 2022UK UNEMPLOYMENT RATE, MARCH 2022 TO MAY 2022 
The UK Office for National Statistics reported today that the unemployment rate for the three-month period March 2022 to May 2022 remained stable at 3.8% from the previous three month period.
This is down from the 4.9% reported for the same months a year ago.
There were 1.3 million unemployed people, 359,825 fewer than for a year earlier.
Employment was at 32.86 million, 671,148 more compared to a year earlier.
