UK Trade Balance
Month-over-month (December 2022 vs November 2022, seasonally adjusted )
The United Kingdom goods and services trade deficit widened by £4.8 billion to £7.2 billion, Exports of goods and services decreased 4.3% (£3.2 billion) to £70.6 billion, and imports of goods and services increased 2.2% (£1.6 billion) to £77.8 billion.

The United Kingdom goods trade deficit widened by £4.6 billion to £19.3 billion. Exports of goods decreased 7.7% (£3.1 billion) to £36.4 billion, and imports of goods increased 2.9% (£1.6 billion) to £55.7 billion.
The United Kingdom services trade surplus narrowed by £0.2 billion to £12.1 billion. Exports of services decreased 0.4% (£0.1 billion) to £34.2 billion, and imports of services increased 0.4% (£0.1 billion) to £22.1 billion.

The United Kingdom goods and services trade deficit widened by £2.9 billion. Goods trade deficit widened by £3.1 billion and services trade surplus widened by £0.2 billion.

Month-over-month (December 2022 vs November 2022, seasonally adjusted )
The United Kingdom EU goods trade deficit widened by £0.6 billion to £11.8 billion. Exports of goods increased 2.5% (£0.4 billion) to £16.7 billion, and imports of goods increased 3.8% (£1.0 billion) to £28.5 billion.
The United Kingdom nonEU goods trade deficit widened by £4.0 billion to £7.5 billion. Exports of goods decreased 15.0% to £19.7 billion, and imports of goods increased 2.0% to £27.2 billion.

The United Kingdom goods and services trade deficit widened by £56.6 billion to £84.7 billion, Exports of goods and services increased 24,3% to £813.3 billion, and imports of goods and services increased 31.6% to £898.0 billion.

The United Kingdom services trade surplus widened to £145.3 billion. Exports of services increased 20.2% to £397.4 billion, and imports of services increased 33.0% to £252.2 billion.

The United Kingdom-EU goods trade deficit widened by to £117.0 billion. Exports of goods increased to £194.8 billion, and imports of goods increased to £311.8 billion.
The United Kingdom-nonEU goods trade deficit widened to £112.9 billion. Exports of goods increased to £221.1 billion, and imports of goods increased to £334.0 billion.
