April 27, 2018UK GDP Q1 2018 (PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE) 
The Office for National Statistics' preliminary estimate of UK Gross Domestic Product for Q1 2018 is an increase of 0.1 per cent or 0.4 per cent at an annualized rate. This represents the slowest growth since Q4 2012. Services were the main contributor to growth this quarter, increasing 0.3 per cent, while construction was the largest downward contributor, contracting by 3.3 per cent.
