January 14, 2022EU AND EURO AREA TRADE BALANCE IN GOODS, NOVEMBER 2021 EURO AREA (EA19 - Nov 2021 vs Oct 2021, not seasonally adjusted)
The Euro Area's goods trade with the rest of the world recorded a deficit of €-1.5 billion. Euro Area exports increased €11.2 billion (5.2%) to €225.1 billion. Euro Area imports increased €16.0 billion (7.6%) to €226.6 billion.
EUROPEAN UNION (EU27 - Nov 2021 vs Oct 2021, not seasonally adjusted)
The European Union's goods trade with the rest of the world recorded a deficit of €8.3 billion. European Union exports increased €10.6 billion (5.5%) to €201.4 billion. European Union imports increased €14.4 billion (7.4%) to €209.7 billion.
TRADE PARTNERS (Nov 2021 vs Oct 2021, not seasonally adjusted)
The European Union's goods trade with:
- the United Kingdom recorded a surplus of €12.4 billion
- Canada recorded a surplus of €1.0 billion
- the United States recorded a surplus of €15.2 billion
