September 01, 2023EU AND EURO AREA UNEMPLOYMENT RATE, JULY 2023 
Eurostat has reported that the unemployment rate in the Euro Area has remained stable at 6.4% in July 2023. For the broader 27 countries of the entire European Union, the unemployment rate was also stable at 5.9% in July 2023.
Among EU member state economies, the unemployment rate was highest in Spain and Greece. Unemployment rates were lowest in Malta, Czechia, Poland, and Germany.
