A third-party vendor solution has been contracted as part of the Agency's modernization of its services to enable a secure method of exchanging digital credentials at the request of any applicants interested in obtaining and sharing their digital credentials.

To enable any applicant to access and share their digital credentials, they must provide consent for the Agency to use and share their personal information, including their digital credentials, with a third-party service provider in charge of credential management, so that the applicant can access their digital credentials on the third-party provider's platform and share them with any person of their choice whenever they need them.

For applicants to activate and access their personal user account on the third-party solution provider’s platform, authorized users must also read and understand the third-party privacy policy( ARUCC Privacy Policy - MyCreds.ca ) and agree to the MyCreds Platform End User Terms ( MyCreds™ Platform End User Terms - MyCreds.ca ).

Any applicant who chooses not to provide consent for the use and disclosure of their personal information for the digital credentials on this application form can contact the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency at apprenticeship@novascotia.ca to request and obtain paper credentials.
