Description
This is to advise that on February 15, 2019, the Municipality of East Hants registered the Elmsdale Business Park Phased Expansion for environmental assessment, in accordance with Part IV of the Environment Act.
The purpose of the proposed undertaking is to expand the existing Elmsdale Business Park to increase local commercial property holdings. The proposed undertaking will take place in Elmsdale, Municipality of East Hants, Nova Scotia. The commencement date of the proposed project is Spring 2019.
Minister's Decision
On April 4, 2019, the Minister of Environment determined that the Registration information was insufficient to make a decision on the Project and that additional information is required. The Proponent must provide information regarding storm water management, wetlands and birds.
