Anyone who wants to operate amusement devices in Nova Scotia (such as those found at a Maritime Rides and Attractions midway, or at a theme park such as Upper Clements Park). |

The Owner of the amusement devices notifies the above-named Division of Labour, Skills, and Immigration , either by phone, mail, or by fax, of the Owner's proposed schedule, and makes an inspection request. |

5 to 10 business days |

| Expiry & Renewal: | |
This licence is valid for 1 year from the date it is issued. Once it expires, it is invalid, and one must get a new permit. |
