Nova Scotia is changing the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Regulations.
What the change means
Nova Scotia’s WHMIS regulations are changing to align the regulations with Canada’s updated overall WHMIS framework. Changes include adopting the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS).
