Aquatic Facilities offer great opportunities for physical activities and recreation but also present serious health hazards if not managed and maintained properly. These hazards include exposure to bacteria, chemicals and physical conditions that may lead to illness or injury.
Nova Scotia Operational Guidelines for Aquatic Facilities
These guidelines are a result of a collaborative effort between industry, stakeholders and the Nova Scotia Government and have been peer reviewed by industry experts.
Revisions will be posted to this site. What is posted on this website will be the most up to date version. It is recommended to check back for any updates on material.
