Private Lands, Stewardship and Outreach Division

This branch of Natural Resources is responsible for:

• Natural resources stewardship and outreach activities including youth and hunter education and technical transfer of forest management information for woodlot owners and Christmas tree growers.
• Coordinating the implementation of forest management programs on private land designed to engage woodland owners and facilitate improved economic, social, and environmental contributions from family forest ownerships in Nova Scotia.
