Crime Prevention Funding Programs

Community Grants

The Nova Scotia Department of Justice added two partners to the Community Grants in 2013. Now, 22 organizations across the province offer projects that help youth make choices to avoid crime. Each partnership is unique, meeting the needs of youth in their home communities. The partnerships allow youth to participate in designing the projects, giving youth the voice they need and giving them leadership and relationship-building skills.
