Biodiversity Conservation and Forestry Technical Report Series
The Biodiversity Conservation and Forestry Technical Report Series (TRS) is the Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources and Renewables’ primary means to document and distribute peer-reviewed scientific and technical research findings, along with associated conclusions and recommendations, relating to biodiversity conservation and forestry in Nova Scotia
The TRS accommodates five types of reports: research reports, technical notes, information bulletins, reports of activities, and reference guides.
Reports published by the TRS have been approved by the TRS Coordinating Committee, and all documents submitted for consideration as a Research Report, Technical Note, or Reference Guide have undergone peer review.
The scope and mandate of the TRS are described in the TRS guidelines and procedures
Prospective authors should consult the Instructions for Authors prior to submission.
Questions about the TRS and submissions can be emailed to biodiversitytechreports@novascotia.ca or forestrytechreports@novascotia.ca
