Data sources

Data on COVID-19 comes from Nova Scotia’s public health information system, Panorama. Active cases are defined as the cumulative number of cases, less those deceased and resolved. Data was reconciled as of 24 July 2020.

The number of patients currently in hospital (non-ICU and ICU) is from Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA) and IWK Health Centre inpatient data.
