1. Go to the Nova Scotia’s online service website and log in using your user name and password. Once signed in, select the ‘Temporary Foreign Workers Employer Registration’ link in the right hand portion of the screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the form. The fields requiring information are outlined in red.

To avoid delays in processing your application for registration, please provide as much information as possible on the form.

2. When you have completed the form, do the following:

  • Select the ‘Print’ button to print a copy of the completed form for your records.
  • Select the ‘Submit’ button and select ‘OK’ on the confirmation message.
  • If you have not filled in all the required information, a message will display. If it does, enter the required information in the form and then select Submit again.
  • The form will be sent to your ‘My Cart’ for final submission. There is no fee for the application but in order for your form to be submitted, you need to do the following ‘payment’ steps.
    • Select the checkbox beside the Foreign Worker Employer Registration Application transaction type description and then select the ‘Pay All Pending Fee(s)’ button. You will not be asked for your credit card information.
    • Select ‘Yes’ to proceed with payment.

  • You will see a ‘Payment Successfully processed’ message and ‘My Cart’ is empty. This means that your completed form has been submitted to the Foreign Worker office for processing.

3. Logout.
