If you or a family member has a complex or rare illness or injury that requires its own specialized medical care protocols, discuss the EHS Special Patient Program with your doctor. The program ensures that paramedics are aware of the patient's needs. When EHS is called to help, paramedics will have quick access to the necessary information.
