2011 Goose Hunting Season
Attention hunters! The early Canada Goose hunting season in Nova Scotia starts on September 6th (zone 1). This season is restricted to farmland. In order to participate in this hunt you are required to possess a valid Nova Scotia Small Game Hunting Stamp AND a valid federal Migratory Game Bird Hunting Permit with a Canadian Wildlife Habitat Conservation Stamp. Small game stamps will be available at local DNR field offices on August 30, 2011 and at remaining vendors on or before September 12, 2011.
