Contact Student Assistance and submit documents

Online through MyPATH

Login to your MyPATH account to submit a secure inquiry or question. You will be notified by email once a response to your inquiry is sent.

A response to your question can take up to 3 to 5 business days or occasionally longer during peak time periods (July to November and January to March).

If you have not yet received a response to an inquiry you've made in MyPATH, do not resubmit your inquiry. Submitting an additional inquiry will reset your place in the queue and will cause longer response times.

If you have technical issues with MyPATH, contact Student Assistance by phone.
