The Government of the Province of Nova Scotia is offering a reward in the amount of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the missing person case of Ryan James Jessop.
On October 14, 2020, police initiated a missing person investigation for Ryan James Jessop as family members had not had any contact with him since late September 2020. The investigation revealed Ryan Jessop was last seen in the area of Dartmouth Crossing, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia on the evening of September 27, 2020. He has not been seen by family or friends since that time and has had no contact with anyone even though previous to his disappearance he was active on various social media platforms.
Ryan Jessop is described as white, 5’ 10”, 175 lbs. with dark brown hair, green eyes with various tattoos. He was last seen wearing a blue track suit and a black puffy Guess vest with white lettering on it.
Investigators believe there are persons who have information they have not offered to the police that could result in arrests and possible charges.

The reward is payable in Canadian funds and will be apportioned as deemed just by the Minister of Justice for the Province of Nova Scotia. Employees of law enforcement and correctional agencies are not eligible to collect this reward.
