Government is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the homicide of 18-year-old Simon Morrison of Halifax.

In the early morning hours, a shooting took place on Brunswick Street in Halifax on April 16, 2022. Multiple 911 calls were made to the Halifax Regional Police (HRP). On arrival, they found Simon Morrison close to the intersection of Uniacke Street. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service ruled the death a homicide.
