Missing Person

DOB: October 7, 2005

A reward of up to $150,000 is available for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the disappearance of 16-year-old Devon Sinclair Marsman.

Family members reported him missing on March 4, 2022. In response the Halifax Regional Police opened an investigation.

Marsman was last seen on February 24, 2022 in the Halifax area. Since that time, he has not been in contact with anyone. He is described as an African Nova Scotian youth, approximately five feet tall and one hundred pounds, with blue-green eyes and short dark hair. When last seen, he was wearing a hooded sweater and jeans.

Investigators believe there are people who have information not offered to the police that could result in locating Marsman.
