Long-Term Care facilities, such as Nursing Homes or Residential Care Facilities, are available when loved ones are no longer able to stay in their homes or the community, and after families have reviewed a range of options for home care. Health and Wellness licenses and funds the facilities to deliver services to those who need ongoing care, for the long term (permanent placement) or for the short term (respite care).
