Software for Media Files

In order to access the files attached to the virtual conference you may require specific software:

• .PPSX — power point slide show viewable on any computer
• .PDF — requires a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat - Download Adobe Acrobat Reader
• .MP4 — video file format that requires Quicktime - Download Quicktime, VLC Media Player - Download VLC Media Player or other software that supports .MP4
• .WMV — video file format supported by Windows Media Player (on most Windows PCs) - Download Windows Media Player or other video playing software
