
Support for the Drug Information System is provided by the Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA). When you call for support, the phone will be answered 'Health IT Service Desk'.
You will be provided with the Service Desk number when you receive your Drug Information System User ID.

Drug Information System Downtime:
If the Drug Information System is down unexpectedly, a notice will appear on the Portal Login screen.
The maintenance window for the Drug Information System (DIS) is currently Thursday from 12:30 am - 8:00 am. The DIS may be unavailable during this time.
The Service Desk is open to log calls for the Support Team 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
