Clinicians and other EMR and Integrated Solutions Purchasers have the discretion whether to select and implement certified EMRs products and are cautioned to conduct their own review of available certified EMR products and any agreements entered for the purchase of an EMR solution.
It is the responsibility of clinicians and other EMR Purchasers to ensure that their selected EMR meets the intended clinic's requirements. The Department of Health and Wellness shall not be responsible for failures of an EMR product to meet individual EMR purchaser's requirements.
